Do we have a chance of receiving our Prizes one day? More than 2 months ago I wrote on customer service about 2 Euros won but never received!!!! It is not for the sum but for the How it Works .... Yet I had attached a RIB Shouldn't customer service pay these small sums directly more easily by RIB than by mail (which I never received??) This would remove all such requests. I await your opinions and report to customer service. Best regards.🙋

Yesterday I received the Wire for 15 € won on November 18 on MadWin and I thank the dream but I am still waiting for the Wire for 10 € won in October on ZooValley and sent since November 3 not yet received. Thanks to the dream for fixing this problem.
